Bernard Perley PhD

Bernard Perley, PhD is Maliseet from Tobique First Nation who works on language revitalization. He is the Director of UBC’s Institute for Critical Indigenous Studies (CIS) and will facilitate networking between WBRC and interested members of the CIS.
